Grape Varieties – 100% Pinot Noir.

Harvest & Vinification – The harvesting is by hand, the freshly picked grapes are transported in refrigerated trucks then pressed with great care in pneumatic presses. Fermentation is in stainless steel tanks, each terroir and plot are vinified separately before blending. Fermentation is at low temperature (12-13°C), then malolactic fermentation.
Dosage – 8g/lt: Brut.
Aging – In bottle on its lees
Vegan – Yes
Coral with flecks of gold, on the nose red berries. The wine is fresh and complex, poised and well-balanced, with a delightful ‘longueur en bouche’. (Simon)
