Clear and bright, the Champagne is lively with fresh fruit aromas. On the palate crisp and zingy, this is a wine equally pleasing as an aperitif or accompaniment to seafood and fish. Lengthy aftertaste is clean and pleasing.
Sea food, shellfish, fish dishes, or on its own as a pleasurable aperitif.
