A beautiful pale gold colour with green hues, aromas of apricot and white flowers with a hazelnut woodiness. On the palette the fruit is ripe and lively, apple-fresh acidity rounded off with subtle oak giving a toasty richness. Without knowing better, one could mistake this for a Meursault. A real show-stopper, a wine that stands up to many of its more revered cousins up the road. Truly great value as a cracking representation of delicious and refined white Burgundy.
Enjoy with seafood, fish, white meats, cheese. And anything you fancy.
