Technical Information

Region – Cote d’Or region of Burgundy

Soil – Limestone-clay.

Grape Varieties – 100% Chardonnay.

Harvest & Vinification – The grapes were harvested by hand and immediately pressed upon arrival in a pneumatic press before being put in barrels for a long alcoholic and malo-lactic fermentations on lees with regular stirring. It was then fined and lightly filtered before being bottled

Aging – 10 months with 40% of new oak

Vegan – yes

Tasting notes

It has a nice pale yellow colour with a golden reflection. On the nose fragrances of toast and soft spices. The palate is well balanced with nice aromas of citrus and white flowers. It has a long finish with some toasty notes. (Louis Violland)
