Tasting notes

A bright yellow colour with a fine and opulent nose reminiscent of white fleshy fruits and citrus. It is lively on the palate, supple and fresh. A lively and fruity wine with citrus aromas persisting on the finish. Thirst quenching and perfectly refreshing.

Food pairing

Trout, seafood, hot oyster, lobster or poultry, or of course just on its own…
