Region – Bordeaux Graves de Vayres
Soil – Sandy Graves and Boulbène
Grape Varieties – 75% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc.
Harvest and Vinification – Grapes harvested mechanically and hand-sorted. Fermentation lasts 3-4 weeks in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.
Aging – 14-18 months in new oak barrels
Beautiful rich red colour, smooth aromas of dark red cherries, and berries on the palate. There is a hint of spice, which gives way to subtle tannins. The fruit is bold but elegant and the body is big but balanced.
