Harvest & Vinification:

Alcoholic fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel vats for 3 weeks with pumping over to extract maximum aromas.


To be enjoyed within 4-5 years at room temperature.


A beautiful garnet color with pink highlights, deep and limpid in the bottle. The bouquet, intense and charming, mixes aromas of candied red and black fruits with spicy notes. The palate is full-bodied and round with velvety tannins, cherry notes linger in the finish.
