Region – Lalande a satellite region of Pomerol
Soil – Clay-sand-gravel.
Grape Varieties – 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Harvest & Vinification – Grapes harvested and sorted by hand. Fermentation lasts 4 weeks in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats at 30ºC.
Aging – 12 months in oak barrels (30% new).
Vegan – No
A deep, luscious, Pomerol colour but with ripe red berries on the nose with a hint of chocolate. The palate moves towards the darker jammy fruits that the colour indicates, with a hint of liquorice and vanilla. A juicy, round wine with smooth tannins and a clean refreshing finish.
Grilled red meats, game and poultry. Excellent with cheese
