Grape Varieties – 100% Merlot.
Harvest & Vinification – Grapes harvested and sorted by hand. Fermentation lasts 3-4 weeks in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.
Aging – 18 months in new oak barrels.
Vegan – no
A black, deep garnet colour. Concentrated nose, aromatic and complex. Ripe fruits: blackcurrant, blackberry, violet. Toasted, spicy, vanilla, ripe tannins. Fleshy, powerful, long finish. Well-balanced and silky.
