Tasting notes

Opulent and luxurious as you would expect from such a great vintage and great chateau, the wine is dark and deep coloured, giving off heady black berries and plums. On the palate intense and concentrated, dark fruits and berries. A long, lingering and powerful aftertaste.

Food pairing

Red meat or game, grilled or roasted with or without sauce, casseroles, cheese.
