Region – Pessac-Leognan to the centre of Bordeaux
Soil – Deep sandy gravel
Grape Varieties – 70% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petit Verdot
Harvest & Vinification – Grapes harvested and sorted by hand. Fermentation lasts 3-4 weeks in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.
Aging – 14 months in new oak barrels.
Vegan – no
Rich and opulent with a concentration of dark fruits on the nose. The palate reveals concentrated dark berries and dark fruits. Unctuous and heady a wine for a special meal.
Red meats, with or without sauces, all cheeses. Excellent wine for a special meal.
