Soil – Sandy with pebbles, which absorb heat from the sun and release it at night.
Harvest & Vinification – Manual harvesting and traditional vinification with a maceration time ranging from 18 to 21 days.
Aging – 8 months; 50% in oak barrels, 50% in large ‘foudres’
Vegan – No
Intense purple with a deep and complex nose, marked by jammy aromas of black and red fruits. On the palate there is more forward dark fruits and light spice. Robust and finely oaked with astonishing length.
Matches perfectly grilled red meat followed by a cheese board.
