Harvest & Vinification – Manual harvesting and total de-stemming. Traditional vinification with a maceration time ranging from 18 to 21 days.
Aging – 12 months; 50% in oak barrels, 50% in large ‘foudres’

Very intense almost black colour. A nose marked by aromas of dark cherry and red fruits, especially blackcurrant. On the palate, this robust wine stands out for its aromatic complexity. Unctuously long finish.
