Soil – The vines are cultivated on clay and limestone with pebbles, which absorb heat from the sun and release it at night. Perfect for grape production.
Grape Varieties – 50% Grenache Noir, 30% Syrah, 20% Carignan.
Harvest & Vinification – Manual harvesting and total de-stemming. Vatting for 15-21 days in thermoregualted steel vats.
Aging – In stainless steel vats

A dense crimson colour, with aromas of black and red fruits. On the palate, this robust wine is characterised by round tannins and a fruity finish. A perfect all-rounder that brilliantly represents the region overall. (Simon)
