Grape Varieties: 50% Grenache Blanc, 30% Bourboulenc, 20% Clairette.
Harvest & Vinification: Manual harvesting. Pressing after a maceration of 12 to 24 hours depending on the grape variety. The temperature during the fermentation is maintained between 12 and 16 °C. In order to maintain an optimal acidity, malolactic fermentation is not carried out.
Aging: Stainless steel vat
Tasting notes: A pale yellow colour, the nose evokes a wide range of scents – both white and stone fruits with floral notes and a touch of white pepper. On the palate, fresh and fruity, the perfect versatile wine for aperitif or to accompany food.
