Grape Varieties:

100% Chasselas

Soil:

White or brown clay with flint fragments veining through.

Harvest & Vinification:

The first juice using a pneumatic press. Cold settling at 15°C, followed by alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature (18-19°C maximum to conserve the aromas of the wine) in stainless steel tank.

Aging

In stainless steel vat on lees for 6 to 8 months.

Tasting notes

Beautiful golden straw dress. The nose is open and expressive. There are floral (white flowers) and fruity (peach) notes. The mouth is round and available in attack. The finish is refreshing. A wine balanced and pleasant.
