Harvest & Vinification:
The harvesting is by hand, the freshly picked grapes are transported in refrigerated trucks then pressed with great care in pneumatic presses. Fermentation is in stainless steel tanks, each terroir and plot are vinified separately before blending. Fermentation is at low temperature (12-13°C). No malolactic fermentation.
6 g/l Brut
A beautiful golden yellow colour, fresh on the nose, despite its age, evoking green fruits – apple, pear – and a delightful toastiness. On the palate confirmation of its freshness, very crisp and well balanced. An excellent vintage and a perfect example of vintage blanc de blancs at its best.
Equally excellent as an ‘any time’ aperitif or to accompany food. Oysters, fish and shellfish.
