Harvest & Vinification – Grapes harvested mechanically and hand-sorted. Fermentation lasts 3-4 weeks in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.

Deep red with hints of purple, with pleasing floral notes and red berries – make for a well-balanced wine. A fleshy and supple body with a persistent fruity finish.
Pair with red meats, duck and game, as well as cheese.
