Harvest & Vinification – Grapes harvested and sorted by hand. Slow pressing and cold settling. Fermentation in barrels and thermoregulated stainless steel vats
Aging – 9 months in oak barrels with battonage.

Superbly aromatic on the nose with notes of citrus notes and elderflower. The palate is full of vibrant, acidulous white fruit, with a touch of spice and richness from the oak fermentation. Everything is in wonderful harmony – fresh, elegant and balanced. Afternotes of stone fruits and vanilla. A delicious manifestation of a great terroir and vintage.
