Harvest & Vinification – Alcoholic fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel vats for 3 weeks with pumping over to extract maximum aromas.
Aging – In new oak barrels, and barrels 1 year old for 12 months.

A strong garnet colour with pink highlights. The nose expresses a powerful and complex bouquet of red and dark fruits – prune, cherry – with vanilla, toasted bread and smoky notes gently coming through. Full-bodied and round, with elegant tannins, the palate is fruity and woody.
