Soil – Clay and Limestone with rolled pebbles, which absorb heat from the Sun during the day and release it at night.

Grape Varieties – 70% Grenache Noir, 15% Syrah, 15% Mourvedre

Harvest & Vinification – Manual harvesting and traditional vinification with a maceration time ranging from 18 to 21 days.

Aging – In oak barrels for 12 months.

Tasting notes

A ruby, deep shade of purple. An open nose of red and black fruits. Big mouthfeel with volume and smooth tannins. An elegant and fine finish, this is a complex wine brought elegantly together.

Food pairing

This wine will go perfectly with red meats, grilled or in sauce, as well as characterful cheeses.
