Upper Loire


Flinty clay: 20 % Limestone-clay : 80 %

Grape Varieties:

100% Sauvignon Blanc

Harvest & Vinification:

The grapes are pressed on arrival and the juices are gravity fed into the vats. Must is pumped over after 48 hours, then kept at low temps for 4-7 days before alcoholic fermentation.

Cold settling at 16°C, followed by alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature (18-19°C maximum to conserve the aromas of the wine) in stainless steel tank. Maturing on fine lees.


In stainless steel vat for 5-8 months



Tasting notes

A pale yellow with green tints. The nose is bursting with citrus fruits and orchard blossom. The palate starts with a crisp attack of citrus fruits developing into a rich rounded palate with a long fresh finish.

Food pairing

Superb sauvignon blanc, pair with fish dishes, poultry or  drink as an aperitif.
