Harvest & Vinification:
The grapes are pressed using a pneumatic pres . Cold settling at 16°C, followed by alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature (18-19°C maximum to conserve the aromas of the wine) in stainless steel tank. Aged on lees for 6 to 8 months.

A pale yellow with green tints. The nose is elegant with citrus fruits and vegetal notes coming through. A slight hit of citrus rolling into an aromatic palate of fruit and flint that carries on with a long refreshing finish.
Admirably suited to grilled fish or poultry. Or just drink on its own
