Blend of Flinty Clay & Limestone Clay

Grape Varieties:

100% Sauvignon Blanc

Harvest & Vinification:

The first juice using a pneumatic press. Cold settling at 15°C, followed by alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature (18-19°C maximum to conserve the aromas of the wine)


In stainless steel tank, maturation on fine lees.



Tasting notes

Beautiful golden colour. The nose is open and expressive with floral and fruity peach notes. This wine is balanced and pleasant on the palate with the finish expressing stone fruits and mineral tones.

Food pairing

Ideal as a light fruity aperitif, otherwise consume with fish dishes or light poultry
